Spring festival activities were held on Jaunmārupe Primary School

当地时间2月22日下午14点10分,拉脱维亚新马露白小学的还在们在学校餐厅厨房体验了包饺子春节活动。此次活动参加的有新马露白小学汉语课堂的老师和学生,以及非汉语课的其他孩子们。制作饺子春节活动之前,汉语教师开展了一系列的春节活动,其中包括唱《新年快乐》歌、剪生肖和春字剪纸、筷子文化介绍、制作鞭炮手工、介绍春节文化。通过PPT演示、视频播放和文化活动体验课等方式向学生深入介绍中国春节活动,包括春节的起源,习俗和饮食文化等等。生动活泼的春节视频和文化体验活动让学生开始期待明年的春节的到来。边学边做的汉语课让学生们爱上了春节,爱上了汉语和中国。此次春节系列活动之一制作饺子让学生爱上了饺子。活动开始之初,学生已经了解了中国饮食,也知道相关词汇,因此在制作饺子的时候,学生们在老师的安排下分工协作,洗菜、切蔬菜、制作饺子馅、切面团、做饺子皮、包饺子。除了基础的饺子包法,学生们还制作了“猪猪”饺,因为今年是猪年。此外,孩子们充分发挥了拉脱维亚学生的想象力和制作能力,制作了各式各样的饺子。最后当学生们整齐坐在厨房的桌子旁等待着老师盛来热腾腾的饺子时,眼神中充满着期待,“老师,我还要一个”“老师我可以带回家吗?”。在欢笑声中,学生和老师一起品尝着自己制作的饺子,便觉得饺子更加的美味了……随着下课铃声的响起,饺子制作活动也结束了,可是在学校的餐厅厨房里,孩子们还恋恋不舍他们做的中国饺子,有的在打包带回家,有的在打包送给学校其他老师,有的打包给他们的朋友。孩子们都说:“期待明年的中国春节”“期待明年的中国饺子!”
