Children’s  high-level and higher level class in Confucius Institute of Latvia University have Chinese calligraphy experience

拉脱维亚当地时间11月6-7日,拉脱维亚大学孔子学院少儿高级班、高高级班的学生与汉语教师志愿者邹亚平一同体验了中国书画的魅力。

首先,老师为学生们简要介绍了中国书法的历史,包括汉字演变过程及中国书法的形成过程,学生们感叹于著名书法家们留下的墨宝,体会不同的书法字体书写形式的异同,看到书法元素在现实生活中仍得到广泛的运用,学生们纷纷表示十分感兴趣。接着,学生们在老师播放的书法基本笔画展示的视频的带领下,开始了书写的体验,学生们认真的写着“横、竖、撇、捺、点“等基本笔画,老师则在一旁演示和辅导。在熟悉了基本笔画后,学生们开始了汉字的书写,当老师询问学生想要学习书写什么汉字时,一位同学热情的回应“我想写‘我爱中国’”,其他同学也给予了积极地肯定,这让老师十分感动。于是老师就教学生们如何用正确的笔顺书写“我爱中国”四个字。书写完毕后,老师展示讲解了一些简易的中国画的画法,学生们很感兴趣,纷纷开始用老师提前准备好的水彩颜料,在自己写的汉字旁用画笔做了一些装饰,最终一幅幅色彩鲜艳的书画作品顺利完成了,学生们与自己的作品合影留念,并告诉老师他们很开心,很期待再上这样的文化体验课。

一节中国书画体验课给予了学生全新的参与感和收获感,让学生们在了解中国源远流长的历史的同时,更亲身体验了中华文化的魅力。

First of all, the teacher gave a brief introduction to the history of Chinese calligraphy, including the evolution of Chinese characters and the formation of Chinese calligraphy. The students lamented the treasures left by famous calligraphers and experienced the similarities and differences between different forms of calligraphy writing. Calligraphic elements are still widely used in real life, and students have expressed great interest about it. Then, by watching the video of the basic strokes of the calligraphy played by the teacher, the students began the writing experience. The students carefully wrote the basic strokes such as “横、竖、撇、捺、点”, and the teacher demonstrated in the side. And counseling. After getting familiar with the basic strokes, the students started writing Chinese characters. When the teacher asked the students what they wanted to learn to write, a classmate responded enthusiastically to “I want to write ‘I love China’”, and other students also gave positive Affirmation, the teacher was very moved. So the teacher taught the students how to write the words “I love China” with the correct stroke order. After the writing, the teacher showed some simple Chinese paintings. The students were very interested. They began to use the watercolor paint prepared by the teacher in advance, and made some decorations with the brush next to the Chinese characters they wrote. The colorful paintings and calligraphy works were successfully completed. The students took photos with their own works and told the teachers that they were very happy and looked forward to such a cultural experience class.

A Chinese calligraphy and painting experience class gave students a new sense of participation and harvest, allowing students to experience the charm of Chinese culture while learning about China’s long history.
