Chinese Culture Experience :Calligraphy–Riga 34 Secondary School

拉脱维亚当地时间10月17日,拉脱维亚里加34中学孔子课堂五年级汉语选修课学生在汉语教师志愿者梁娟的带领下体验了中国书法。

教师先是教授了“横”“竖”“撇”“点”“捺”五个基本笔画及笔顺,并在此基础上,借助汉字的象形特点帮助学生记忆汉字“一二三六八十”的写法。其后,为学生播放了《你好,中国》系列书法宣传片,让学生对书法的起源、发展、形态、会意性有了直观的了解。学生一边观看一边兴致勃勃地猜测象形字字义。紧接着教师向学生展示了文房四宝,学生不仅惊讶予宣纸的薄如蝉翼,拿到毛笔后更是爱不释手。在教师向学生示范了正确握笔姿势及运笔过程后,学生迫不及待地进行了尝试,并踊跃向教师展示自己的作品。最后,他们纷纷要求拿着毛笔与老师合影,记录下了与中国书法的第一次相遇。

本次书法体验课不仅教授了学生基础笔画知识,简单汉字书写,汉字起源历史,更是激发了他们对汉字的学习热情,点燃了对中国文化的探索之心。学生不停询问,期盼着下一次活动课的到来。

Latvia local time on October 17th, Riga 34 Secondary School Confucius Classroom fifth-grade Chinese electives students experienced Chinese calligraphy.

Firstly, the Chinese teacher volunteer Liang Juan taught students the five basic strokes. On this basis, the students used the pictographic features of Chinese characters to remember the writing of numbers. Later, the students watched the calligraph propaganda film “Hello, China” to learn about the origin, development, form and meaning of calligraphy. And then the teacher showed the students four treasures of the calligraphy– writing brush, ink ,rice paper, inkstone. After the teacher demonstrated to the students the correct grip posture and the pen movement process, the students could not wait to try and show their work to the teacher. Finally, they asked for a photo with teacher to recorded the first encounter with Chinese calligraphy.

This calligraphy experience class not only taught students the basic stroke knowledge, and the history of Chinese characters, but also stimulated their enthusiasm for learning Chinese characters and ignited the exploration of Chinese culture.
