Jaunmarupe Elementary School Cultural Experience–to Paint Blue and White Porcelain
当地时间2019年12月16日下午，新马露白小学的汉语课堂举行了一场有趣的中华文化体验——手绘青花瓷。
青花瓷工艺是中华陶瓷烧制工艺的珍品，在开始体验之前，汉语教师志愿者黄天祺先给学生们播放了一段展示中国人如果制作青花瓷的视频。随后，又向学生展示了精美的青花瓷手工艺品的图片，同学们赞叹不已，对于接下来的活动摩拳擦掌。简单的介绍后，教师拿出一次性的纸盘子代替陶瓷，蓝色马克笔代替纹饰颜料，让学生们在盘子上手绘青花瓷图案。伴随着优美的中国歌曲《青花瓷》，学生们陆续完成了自己的作品，向大家展示并且合影留念。
这次文化活动学生们体验到了中国传统工艺的魅力，增强了学习兴趣，锻炼了动手能力，是一次不错的体验。
At local time 14:00pm on 16th December 2019, the Chinese class of Jaunmarupe Elementary School held an interesting event–to paint a blue and white porcelain.
The blue and white porcelain craft is the treasure of the Chinese handicrafts culture. Before starting the experience, the Chinese teacher volunteer Huang Tianqi firstly showed the students a video showing how the Chinese made blue and white porcelain. Later, the students were shown pictures of exquisite blue and white porcelain handicrafts, and the students were amazed and expecting for the next activities. After a brief introduction, the teacher took out disposable paper plates instead of ceramics, and blue markers instead of decorative painting color, and asked the students to paint blue and white porcelain patterns on the plates. Along with the beautiful Chinese song “Blue and White Porcelain”, the students completed their works one after another, showed them to everyone and took a group photo.
In this cultural activity students experienced the charm of traditional Chinese handicrafts, enhanced their interest in learning, and exercised their practical skills. It was a good experience.
