当地时间5月23日,里加34中学孔子课堂二年级学生与当地汉语教师艾维塔和汉语教师志愿者梁娟一起上了一堂别开生面的汉语课,向第一年的汉语学习说再见。

首先是词汇复习环节,教师就该学期学习的食物词汇设计了“我的披萨”活动,学生们先分组制作自己的披萨,剪下各色食物图片贴在披萨图上,后上台介绍自己的披萨里面有什么食材,最后由教师点评,同学互投选出“最好吃的披萨”。该环节学生们全都“用料丰富”,创造力十足。然后是游戏环节,教师拿出了中国传统游戏玩具——毽子,并向学生们展示了如何踢毽子,孩子们纷纷跃跃预试,接下来的五分钟,孩子们在走廊上玩得不亦乐乎。之后是美食庆祝环节,看到家长事先准备的饮料和零食,孩子们都兴奋不已,但想吃零食必须通过“夹豆子”挑战,教师把带来的筷子分发给学生,演示了握筷姿势和使用方法,孩子们竞相尝试,有的学生将巧克力豆“一举拿下”并向教师展示,脸上洋溢着自信的笑容;有的学生一次不成再来一次,锲而不舍,最终也摘下胜利果实。孩子们个个享受其中,班主任教师也不禁参与进来,课堂氛围其乐融融。最后,家长向教师赠送了鲜花礼物,以示对教师的感谢与喜爱,并表示期待下学年汉语课的到来。

这次汉语课不仅通过生动有趣的活动方式帮助学生复习了所学内容,体验了中国传统民俗文化,加深了对中文及中华文化的兴趣,还增进了家长对汉语课的认识,有利于未来汉语教学的更好开展。

On May 23rd, the students of second grade at the Confucius Classroom in Riga 34 Secondary School took a special Chinese class with the local Chinese teacher Ai Weita and the Chinese teacher volunteer Liang Juan.

At first, The teacher designed the My Pizza activity to review the vocabulary about food. The students first made their own pizzas and then went on stage to introduce their pizzas in Chinese. And finally the students voted for the “best pizza”. The second activity was a game. The teacher took out the traditional Chinese game toy, the scorpion, and showed the students how to kick it. The children actively tried to play in the next five minutes. Afterwards, it was a food celebration. The teacher distributes the chopsticks to the students and demonstrates the posture of holding the chopsticks. the children competed to try, some students took the chocolate beans “in one fell swoop” and showed them to the teacher, the face was full of confident smiles. Finally, the parents presented gifts to the teachers to show their gratitude and love.

This Chinese class not only helps students review what they have learned through the interesting activities, but also give students a chance to experiences traditional Chinese folk culture, deepens their interest in Chinese and Chinese culture, and enhances parents’ understanding of Chinese lessons, which is conducive to future Chinese teaching.
