Vedzemes University of Applied Sciences in Latvia Held Chinese Corner Activity
2017年11月15日，拉脱维亚的维泽梅大学举行了“汉语角”的系列活动。
首先，汉语老师在课堂上为同学们介绍了中国美食的相关知识，包括中国美食的不同菜系，每个菜系的烹饪方法等等。然后学生们用中国美食的单词卡片进行了“萝卜蹲”的游戏。学生表示“萝卜蹲”的游戏让他们在轻松地记住了一些中国菜的名字。接着，汉语老师在学生厨房，为大家现场展示了一些中国家常菜的做法，比如宫保鸡丁、麻婆豆腐等等。学生还现学现做了一道宫保鸡丁。最后，大家坐在一起，一边品尝中国菜，一边交流学习汉语的心得。
On 15th November 2017,Vedzemes University of applied Sciences in Latvia holds Chinese corner activity.
The Chinese teacher introduces the Chinese dishes ,such as different series and the ways of cooking.Then the students play the game luobodun,which is used by the words of Chinese food.And the students say that they can remember the names of Chinese food more easier.
And the Chinese teacher shows to the students how to cook the Chinese food,Maopu tofu,Kungpao chicken and so on .Some students are very interested in the Kungpao chincken,they cook it by themselves.
Finally,everyone sits together to share the Chinese food and talk about the experience of studying Chinese.
